Complete the Background Check
Complete the required fingerprinting and criminal background check in accordance with the requirements of the Utah Division of Real Estate.
Apply for Your Utah Real Estate License
Submit your sales agent license application to the Utah Division of Real Estate along with the required documentation and applicable fees.
Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Utah are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with Pearson VUE and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 70% or higher on both the national and state portions to pass the real estate sales agent licensing exam in Utah.
