Pass the Tennessee State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Tennessee are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with PSI and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 70% or higher on both the national and Tennessee state portions to pass the real estate affiliate broker licensing exam in Tennessee.
