Apply for Your South Dakota Real Estate License
Submit your associate broker license application to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission along with the required documentation and applicable fees.
Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in South Dakota are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with PSI and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher on the required portions of the South Dakota real estate associate broker licensing exam.
