Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Ohio are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with PSI and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 70% or higher on both the national and Ohio state portions to pass the real estate salesperson licensing exam in Ohio.
