Apply for Your North Carolina Real Estate License

Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in North Carolina are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with PSI and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher to pass the North Carolina real estate broker licensing exam.
