Complete the Background Check

Apply for Your New Mexico Real Estate License
Submit your associate broker license application to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission (NMREC) along with the required documentation and applicable fees.
Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in New Mexico are conducted by PSI Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with PSI and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher on both the national and New Mexico state portions to pass the real estate associate broker licensing exam in New Mexico.
