Pass Your Course Final Exam

Complete the Background Check
Complete the required fingerprinting and criminal background check in accordance with the requirements of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Submit Your License Application

Pass the Tennessee State Licensing Exam
Once you complete your course requirements and have received your approval of eligibility, you can take the New Jersey Real Estate license exam. New Jersey Real estate license exams are generally scheduled every month at a place designated by the Commission. You need to get a score of 70% or higher to pass the state real estate license exam in New Jersey.
