Apply for Your Missouri Real Estate License

Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Missouri are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with Pearson VUE and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 70% or higher on both the national and state portions to pass the real estate salesperson licensing exam in Missouri.
