Pass Your Course Final Exam

Complete the Background Check
Complete any required background screening and provide the necessary information in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
Apply for Your Minnesota Real Estate License
Submit your salesperson license application to the Minnesota Department of Commerce through your sponsoring licensed real estate broker, along with the required documentation and applicable fees.
Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Minnesota are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with Pearson VUE and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher on both the national and state portions to pass the real estate salesperson licensing exam in Minnesota.
