Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Idaho are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with Pearson VUE and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 70% or higher on both the national and Idaho state portions to pass the real estate salesperson licensing exam in Idaho.
