Complete Your Pre-Licensing Education

Pass Your Course Final Assessment
Once you've completed the 90-hour pre-licensing course, pass the course final exam to demonstrate your understanding of Arizona real estate principles and prepare for the state licensing exam.
Complete the Background Check
As part of the licensing process, you'll be required to complete a fingerprint clearance card background check and provide any additional documentation requested by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE).
Pass the Arizona State Licensing Exam
Schedule and pass the Arizona Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination administered by Pearson VUE. A passing score is required before you can apply for your Arizona real estate license.
