Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Alaska are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must schedule your examination with Pearson VUE and pay the applicable non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher to pass the real estate salesperson licensing exam in Alaska.
