Pass the State Licensing Exam
Licensing exams in Florida are conducted by Pearson VUE Examination Services. You must make a reservation with Pearson VUE no less than 24 hours before your examination date. You will be expected to provide a non-refundable examination fee. You need to get a score of 75% or higher to pass the state real estate license exam in Florida.
