What payment methods are accepted?

Whether you’re paying for a single course or selecting a payment plan, you’ll have a secure and seamless payment experience.
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility and support to students. Pre-License courses are fully refundable as long as the student has not completed the course and the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase. It's important to note that course completion is defined as completing all levels of the course, regardless of whether or not the final exam is taken or passed.
How do I access my payment receipts?
Once your payment has been processed, you can access your receipts directly through your account dashboard. All payment details, including the amount and transaction date, will be stored securely for your reference. You will also receive an email confirmation with the receipt after completing the transaction. If you encounter any issues accessing your receipts, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, simply follow the instructions on our Refund Policy page. You will need to fill out a refund request form, providing details such as your order number and reason for the refund.
